LIR2450 3.6 V rechargeable lithium-ion coin cell

Two processes. One deep catalog.

92 rechargeable coin cells — stacked in steel shells or wound and laser-sealed — with custom pin, tab and wire-harness options on every one.

Cell manufacturing process

Stacked, or wound. Pick your physics.

Stacking process · GRP

Stacked electrodes in a steel shell

  • Steel shell — wear-resistant, anti-extrusion
  • Stacking electrode — low internal resistance, higher capacity
  • Covered structure — good airtightness, increased internal utilization
  • Enhanced safety with strong sealing & puncture resistance
  • Flexible support for custom pin and wire-harness options

556 Wh/L · 5C charge · 2C cont / 20C pulse · 1,000+ cycles (80% retention)

Winding process · LDA / LIR

Wound coils, two ways to seal them

Laser Battery — LDA

Long cycle life with strong sealing performance; 1.5–20% higher capacity vs. conventional types.

Conventional Battery — LIR

The cost-effective and economical option.

36 LDA models · 31 LIR models · ⌀5.2 mm and up

† Transcribed as printed

The fine print, kept honest.

We copied the catalog exactly — including its quirks.

+The 6 things a careful engineer would circle
  1. 01LIR1254 is printed twice in the catalog — once at 65 mAh and once at 70 mAh, with identical voltage and dimensions. Both rows are real and both are shown; the catalog does not distinguish them.
  2. 02The LiFePO₄ GRP1254D1 and the -50℃ Low-Temp GRP1254RL are both printed with a nominal voltage of 3.9 V. The values are transcribed exactly as printed.
  3. 03GRP1254RL's low-temperature capability comes from its series label '-50℃ Low-Temp'; no full operating range is printed.
  4. 04The Ultra High Volt series header is printed as '4.48 Series', without a V unit — kept as printed.
  5. 05LIR diameters carry a one-sided tolerance as printed (e.g. 6.0-0.2 mm), unlike LDA (±0.1 mm); heights are ±0.2 mm for both. LIR1220's diameter is printed as 12.5-0.2 mm despite the '12' size code.
  6. 06No per-model weight, energy (Wh), operating-temperature, cycle-count, protection or certification data is printed. The 556 Wh/L, 5C, 2C/20C and 1,000+ cycle figures are page-level claims for the stacking process only.

Which coin cell fits your design?

Ninety-two models is a starting point, not a limit — the GRP table lists selected models only, and pin, tab and wire-harness options are all custom.
